Shippers

Flatbed, hotshot, cross-dock — hauled right.

We run flatbed, hotshot, and cross-dock out of Strafford, Missouri. Open-deck for steel, lumber, machinery, and oversize. Hotshot for time-sensitive freight that has to move now. Cross-dock at our terminal for pass-through loads that need to keep moving without sitting in storage. Regional lanes across the Midwest and over-the-road runs when the load calls for it. One dispatcher quotes your load and tracks it — you know where it sits, what it costs, and when it delivers before it leaves the yard.

How we work with shippers

01What we haul

Flatbed and hotshot, primarily.

Steel coils, lumber, machinery, oversize — loads that don't fit in a dry van and need straps, chains, and tarps put on the right way.

Hotshot for time-sensitive freight that has to move now. If your load needs specific securement or permits, ask. We'll tell you straight whether it's a fit or whether you're better off with a different carrier.

02Cross-dock

In one door, out the other.

Our Strafford terminal handles cross-dock for inbound freight that needs to keep moving — consolidation, redistribution, and pass-through loads that don't need long-term storage.

Pulls trucks off the road faster, gets freight to its destination sooner, and keeps storage costs out of your rate.

03Where we run

Regional and OTR.

Home base is Strafford, Missouri. From there we run regional lanes across the Midwest and over-the-road runs when the load calls for it.

Recurring lanes with steady customers, plus broker work for one-off freight. If you've got a regular pickup we can dedicate equipment to, that's the conversation we want.

04How we work

Dispatchers who pick up.

A real person at the freight desk every call. No phone tree, no queue, no hold music.

The dispatcher who quotes your load is the same one tracking it on the road. One number, one inbox, one answer when you ask where your freight is.

05Contract & dedicated

In it for the long run.

Most shippers have been burned by a contract carrier. Quote climbed with accessorials. Capacity went to spot. Dispatcher stopped answering.

We do it differently. Committed trucks, locked rates, a dispatcher still answering in year two. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you — better than wasting your quarter.

06Get started

However you ship.

For one-off freight, tell us what, where, and when. We'll come back with a straight quote — what we'll charge and when we can pick up.

For recurring volume, send the lane, volume, and timing. Either way, you'll hear back the same day.
